However, while the house is being built, you need to live somewhere, that is, you can first build a house if the housing issue is closed.
It is more difficult if there is no other own housing. The timber house is built relatively quickly, in 30-90 days, but it needs to be shrunk, and this is 3-6-12 months of waiting. Wait even longer if there is not a pile-screw foundation under the house. Monolithic, tape and other bases that are filled need to stand, on average 4 weeks. But when the house is ready, after precipitation and decoration, you can start the rest of the buildings - a garage, a barn, a bathhouse. There is already a house - you can slowly equip the site, as time, effort, money appear.
The downside, as they said, is only one - there is nowhere to get home until there is complete readiness. In addition, the progress of work will have to be controlled remotely, periodically arriving at the site.
Construction of the bath
Those who build on their own prefer to start with something less global than a full-fledged residential building. And the bath is an excellent training ground for testing your own forces. Moral, physical, financial.
And this is the main reason to start arranging from the bath. There may not be enough skills or funds, there will be no need for a serious construction - then everything will end at the bathhouse.
The second reason to start with a bath - on an empty site there will be a place where you can store overalls, inventory, tools. When the bath is built, you can immediately relax. A good solution is already because instead of two disparate buildings you get one, multifunctional:

• space for other structures remains on the site.
Conclusions
Build a small bathhouse faster and cheaper, but it is better not to save on it either. However, it is better to immediately devote time to the design and calculation of the estimate, perhaps save on the project or decoration, but then confidently complete the construction.
