Types of wood plates. Chipboard, fibreboard, MDF and OSB. In what difference?
Types of wood plates, such as WSP (wood-shaving plate), fibreboard (fiber board), MDF (multilayered fiber board) and OSB (oriyentirovanno-struzhechny plate), are the popular materials which are widely applied in construction and production of furniture. They have the characteristics and advantages distinguishing them from each other.
We will consider each type of plates separately:
WSP (wood-shaving plate) is the most widespread and available type of a wood plate. It consists of the wood shavings connected by pitches under high pressure. Chipboard has the good durability, resistance to a curvature and high density. It is available in various sizes and thickness that does it by universal material for production of furniture and building constructions.
The fibreboard (fiber board) is made from the wood fibers received by wood destruction. She has higher density and durability in comparison with chipboard. Use of chipboard:
For production of furniture. It is used for creation of case elements, table-tops, shelves, doors and facades.

Application of a fibreboard:
